If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible because the package was in fact delivered. We are also not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address when placing an order. However, we help in starting an investigation with the carrier and/or filing a claim for lost package. You can also file a claim with your credit card company for a refund if you did not received the package.
EmporioItaliano is unable to declare items as gifts and must list the actual value of the package on the customs forms.
Backorders (USA Only)

If your product is on backorder, we will ship it when it becomes available again and/or we may contact you within 24 hours to ask you if you wish to wait, order something else or get a refund. If you are ordering additional items in stock we would be happy to ship those and then ship the backordered item when it comes available at no cost to you.
