At checkout, we handle international taxes to ensure international tax compliance, and we collect duties and shipping cost.
Please Note: Dangerous / Hazardous Items containing Alcohol (such as fragrances, perfumes, colognes, spray cans, deodorants, home diffusers) may not be shipped internationally at all due to International Air Transportation Association (IATA) regulations.

If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible because the package was in fact delivered. We are also not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address when placing an order. However, we help in starting an investigation with the carrier and/or filing a claim for lost package. You can also file a claim with your credit card company for a refund if you did not received the package.

It started when I was in Florence 10 years ago at a winery, they had Prima Spremitura had cream on the counter and I fell in love with the hand cream and the fragrance. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner when I got home and my hair feels luxurious and I love the scent. Whenever I use it the fragrance brings me back to Italy with bitter sweet memories. Unfortunately my husband died that following year from brain cancer. It was our last trip together..
We first had this shampoo when staying at the Loggiato Dei Serviti hotel in Florence, an upscale hotel just down the street from the Duomo. The hotel included the soap, shampoo and conditioner. They all are outstanding. We have been purchasing each of them, along with the shower gel and room diffuser regularly from Emporio Itlaniano. We absolutely recommend the products.
I love this product. My hair is so much more manageable. It makes my hair so much easier to style.
Not like the Scottish ale! The sample was awesome but regular use is too heavy so I can only use it occasionally.
