The Vecchio Ducato (Old Duchy) line is a selection of products aimed at bringing gourmets passionate about Made in Italy into the world of balsamic vinegar.
Like all our other vinegars, also this product of intermediate quality mostly composed of musts of selected grapes, is created following the cookbook of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Consortium, which requires the blending of only certified raw materials and the ageing in special oak barrels.
Ideal for: mixed salads, eggs and tuna fish, dips, marinades for meat or fish, white and red meats, grilled or boiled fish, frittatas, prawns, shellfish, french fries or boiled potatoes, cheese.
