How to use essential oils:
1. In the essences or burners of essential oils: 2 to 10 drops are used for 3 tablespoons of water to be heated by candles, The heat produced by the flame heats the essential oil releasing the sparkling and lively aroma of citrus fruits into the air.
2. ln electric diffusers for the environment: allow a greater diffusion of the essential oils AGRUMI of Idea Toscana, especially if the spaces are large or if there is a need to eliminate bad smells such as smoke, pets and kitchen odors.
3. Radiator humidifiers: during the coldest season radiators are the most immediate and economical way to perfume environments. You can add drops of essential oil blend AGRUMI Idea Toscana directly in the humidifiers of the radiators, this simple method spreads in the environment freshness, naturalness, joy and sense of welcome that only the CITRUS fragrance can give.
4. Perfumes linen: on the cards we can put a few drops of Mixture of essential oils CITRUS and then place them inside the cabinets making fresh perfumes linen

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped internationally. We by no means can control the action of the country's custom authorities, such as duties and taxes imposed by them or the carrier.
We do retain all shipping receipts for proof of shipment.

Due to new regulations (brexit), EmporioItaliano cannot ship orders to the United Kingdom. Presently, we do not have a means of collecting the VAT and Duties/Customs fees or paying them to the appropriate agencies.
EmporioItaliano will ship your order, however not all products are available for delivery outside of the United States. First Class Postal Shipping does NOT include insurance. Estimated shipping times do not include delays for Customs Inspection.
EmporioItaliano is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. If you do not receive your package, please work with the carrier directly to track down your package.
We will notify you if there are any restrictions on your order. Items containing Alcohol include fragrances, perfumes, colognes, deodorants, fragrance diffusers, etc. Aerosols such as spray cans and hairspray may not be shipped internationally at all due to International Air Transportation Association (IATA) regulations.
We do not ship items containing alcohol or aerosols to Canada.
Customs Fees and Taxes are not included in the shipping costs quoted.
Once the parcel reaches your border, it will be held until it clears your country's Customs Inspection. At that point, the delivery may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and broker fees over which EmporioItaliano has no control. These additional fees are set by your government and/or the delivery carrier.
EmporioItaliano is unable to declare items as gifts and must list the actual value of the package on the customs forms.
Backorders (USA Only)
Occasionally it may occur an item is out of stock. If your product is on backorder, we will ship it when it becomes available again and/or we may contact you within 24 hours to ask you if you wish to wait, order something else or get a refund. If you are ordering additional items in stock we would be happy to ship those and then ship the backordered item when it comes available at no cost to you.
