EmporioItaliano.com is happy to ship International orders. We ship worldwide with DHL, UPS and FedEx. Delivery time depends on the final destination. Shipping costs vary according to the weight, shipping method, final destination and contents of the package.
At checkout, we handle international taxes to ensure international tax compliance, and we collect duties and shipping cost.
Please Note: Dangerous / Hazardous Items containing Alcohol (such as fragrances, perfumes, colognes, spray cans, deodorants, home diffusers) may not be shipped internationally at all due to International Air Transportation Association (IATA) regulations.
We do not ship items containing alcohol or aerosols to Canada.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped internationally. We by no means can control the action of the country's custom authorities, such as duties and taxes imposed by them or the carrier.
We do retain all shipping receipts for proof of shipment.
Upon shipping an eMail is sent to you with the package tracking number.
EmporioItaliano.com will ship your order, however not all products are available for delivery outside of the United States. Estimated shipping times do not include delays for Customs Inspection.
FOR ALL SHIPPED ORDERS: EmporioItaliano.com is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. If you do not receive your package, please work with the carrier directly to track down your package.
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible because the package was in fact delivered. We are also not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address when placing an order. However, we help in starting an investigation with the carrier and/or filing a claim for lost package. You can also file a claim with your credit card company for a refund if you did not received the package.
EmporioItaliano is unable to declare items as gifts and must list the actual value of the package on the customs forms.
Backorders (USA Only)
Occasionally it may occur an item is out of stock. If your product is on backorder, we will ship it when it becomes available again and/or we may contact you within 24 hours to ask you if you wish to wait, order something else or get a refund. If you are ordering additional items in stock we would be happy to ship those and then ship the backordered item when it comes available at no cost to you.
