We present the new line of ACE Detergent: new sanitizing detergent, which remove germs and bacteria and ensure clean and fragrant garments for the whole family.
ACE CLASSIC Sanitizing Detergent with its new formula, thanks to cleaning technologies, is more effective in removing stains and dirt, even when cold and in short cycles! ACE Detergent combined with the mechanical action of washing, sanitizes your clothes, removing germs and bacteria, and is effective on all types of stains: greasy (such as meat fat), oxidizable (such as wine), enzymatic (such as grass) and containing particulate matter (such as make-up).
Instructions for Use: In case of a washing machine load between 4-5 kg in fresh and medium water, use 50 ml of ACE Detergent (if the load is between 6-8 kg use 75ml, if it exceeds 9 kg use 100 ml).
In case of a washing machine load between 4-5 kg in hard water or in case of heavily soiled clothes, add 25 ml more use 75 ml 85 ml of ACE Detergent (if the load is between 6-8 kg use 100ml - 115ml, if it exceeds 9 kg use 125 ml 140 ml).
Pour the detergent into a dispenser and place it in the drum on top of the laundry. Add the additives you intend to use and finally start the wash.
For even better results on stains, pre-treat with ACE Detergent for 10 to 15 minutes.
Do not use the product in pre-wash; do not use on wool and silk; Do not insert your plastic dispenser into the dryer.

FOR ALL SHIPPED ORDERS: EmporioItaliano.com is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. If you do not receive your package, please work with the carrier directly to track down your package.
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible because the package was in fact delivered. We are also not responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address when placing an order. However, we help in starting an investigation with the carrier and/or filing a claim for lost package. You can also file a claim with your credit card company for a refund if you did not received the package.
EmporioItaliano is unable to declare items as gifts and must list the actual value of the package on the customs forms.

Occasionally it may occur an item is out of stock. If your product is on backorder, we will ship it when it becomes available again and/or we may contact you within 24 hours to ask you if you wish to wait, order something else or get a refund. If you are ordering additional items in stock we would be happy to ship those and then ship the backordered item when it comes available at no cost to you.
