For machine washing: add 100 ml of product to the detergent and proceed with the wash.
For hand washing: dilute 100 ml of product in 10 l of water and add to your usual detergent; wash immediately and rinse well.
For washing difficult stains: pour the product directly onto the stain, leaving it to act for 5 minutes, then rinse. Do not let the liquid dry on fabrics. Do not pour the product on metal parts such as zips, buttons, etc. For colored garments, carry out a test on a hidden part of the fabric before proceeding with washing. Do not expose the fabric to direct sunlight while drying. Keep out of reach of children.
For washing domestic surfaces: pure on small surfaces. For floors or large surfaces, dilute 100 ml of product in 8 liters of water.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped internationally. We by no means can control the action of the country's custom authorities, such as duties and taxes imposed by them or the carrier.
We do retain all shipping receipts for proof of shipment.
Upon shipping an eMail is sent to you with the package tracking number.
Due to new regulations (brexit), EmporioItaliano cannot ship orders to the United Kingdom. Presently, we do not have a means of collecting the VAT and Duties/Customs fees or paying them to the appropriate agencies.
EmporioItaliano will ship your order, however not all products are available for delivery outside of the United States. First Class Postal Shipping does NOT include insurance. Estimated shipping times do not include delays for Customs Inspection.
FOR ALL SHIPPED ORDERS: EmporioItaliano.com is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. If you do not receive your package, please work with the carrier directly to track down your package.
If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible because the package was in fact delivered. We are also not responsible for providing an incorrect shipping address. However, we help in starting an investigation with the carrier and/or filing a claim for lost package. You can also file a claim with your credit card company for a refund if you did not received the package.
We will notify you if there are any restrictions on your order. Items containing Alcohol include fragrances, perfumes, colognes, deodorants, fragrance diffusers, etc. Aerosols such as spray cans and hairspray may not be shipped internationally at all due to International Air Transportation Association (IATA) regulations.
We do not ship items containing alcohol or aerosols to Canada.
Customs Fees and Taxes are not included in the shipping costs quoted.
Once the parcel reaches your border, it will be held until it clears your country's Customs Inspection. At that point, the delivery may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and broker fees over which EmporioItaliano has no control. These additional fees are set by your government and/or the delivery carrier.
EmporioItaliano is unable to declare items as gifts and must list the actual value of the package on the customs forms.
Backorders (USA Only)
Occasionally it may occur an item is out of stock. If your product is on backorder, we will ship it when it becomes available again and/or we may contact you within 24 hours to ask you if you wish to wait, order something else or get a refund. If you are ordering additional items in stock we would be happy to ship those and then ship the backordered item when it comes available at no cost to you.
