Ingredients: wheat flour, sultanas 16,4%, butter, candied citrus fruit 11,2% (diced orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, ground orange peel, diced citron, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, barn egg yolk 6,9%, natural leaven [natural yeast (wheat flour, water), brewer's yeast], fructose syrup, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, natural flavorings. May contain soy, mustard and nuts.
Store in a dry place away from heat sources. To enjoy it at its best, keep the product in a warm place, at least one hour before serving.
