To buy wholesale you MUST have a retail store or a functioning
retail web store and a tax ID number to place a wholesale order.
You also must be able to provide us with a copy of a retail state tax
exemption form or reseller's number. If you do not fit the above

Products - Made in Italy
All of the products we sell are Made in Italy. We take great pride in
importing and distributing our products all across the USA, Canada,
Australia and Latin America.
Certain products are cost prohibitive to send for free, but we can
arrange special sample kits at a reasonable price to you if you wish
to try a product before ordering in bulk quantities (full cases).

How to Order
Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders
are to be placed online, by phone or email. You may use our Order
Form or your own. Inconsistent terms of sale in a customer’s
Purchase Order or other document are expressly rejected by us.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible -
usually within 24 hours. If you contact us before your order is
shipped we are more than happy to Change or Cancel your order.
Inspect your order when it arrives. Verify that everything on the
packing list is there.
Shipping Damage: Please file a claim with carrier and/or insurance
company as necessary. Damage claims caused by a shipping
company must be settled with that shipping company. Emporio
Italiano will offer credit for returns of defective products or products
that have been damaged as a result of Emporio Italiano improper
We encourage to keep and photograph any and all damage
(including all boxes), documenting date and time. This should greatly
increase the speed of your settlement.
Returns: Prior permission must be granted before returning
products. Requests for returning goods must be made within 48
hours of receipt of shipment. The validity of all returns is at Emporio
Italiano's discretion. Opened and/or used items are not accepted. All
items must be returned at your expense. Unfortunately we cannot
refund the shipping cost of returned items.
Billing Errors/Misshipments: Please contact us within 2 (two) days of
receiving your shipment.
Cancelling Orders: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped can not
be cancelled and must be returned by the customer for a 20%
restocking fee. Filing a chargeback with your credit card company
and receiving the package is a felony. Emporio Italiano USA reports
all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person over
for to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are
responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.
