Wholesale Prices
Emporio Italiano USA products are available at wholesale prices only
to members of the retail trade. Your company information and
opening order is all we need to open an account with us. If you need
assistance in placing an order please call or
email us.

Prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include any other charges
such as labeling, shipping, special packaging, freight or any other
miscellaneous charges related to an order. Orders may ship from
different warehouse locations. Prices are subject to change without
notice.

Ordering Minimum
There is no dollar minimum on orders or reorders, unless specified
on price list. Nesti Dante products: $250 minimum opening order.

Tax
New customers shipping in Florida should submit a copy of your
Reseller's Certificate.

Payment Terms
All orders are prepaid unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
UPS-COD (cash-on-delivery) and checks with any order. All orders
with approved credit will be billed net 30 days. All new customer must
pay first 3 orders with credit card before requesting terms. Orders
are not charged until they are ready to ship. Our charge will appear
on your credit card statement as GRANDUCATI.

Please do not send cash! All check payments must be in US Dollars
payable to "Granducati Exclusive Imports, Inc." Send check to:
Granducati Exclusive Imports, Inc., 6453 W. Rogers Circle, Suite S9,
Boca Raton, FL 33487 - Attn.: Order Processing.

Note: You will be charged $20.00 for any check that is "bounced" or
rejected. We cannot be responsible for the late, lost or misdirected
mail. We suggest you request a proof of delivery. Once we receive
your mailed payment and it has been authorized (This process can
take up to 21 days for personal checks) we will ship your order.

Shipping (U.S. and International)
Most merchandise will be shipped F.O.B. Boca Raton, Florida; some
items may be drop shipped to save shipping costs and time. Most
orders are shipped UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service),
prepaid and added to your merchandise total. All continental US
orders are sent standard UPS Ground and should be delivered 5-7
business days after order ships. Upon shipping and eMail is sent to
you with the package tracking number.

We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs
if UPS or USPS leaves your package for you when you are not
home. If UPS or USPS requires that packages be signed for in your
area, please ensure that you are available to sign for your package.
Customers are responsible for reimbursing us for any shipping and
handling charges that are incurred if a package is returned because
no one was available to accept it. If you may not be available to
accept your delivery, we recommend that you use a shipping
address where someone will be available to receive the package for
you. We encourage you to contact UPS directly to find out what their
delivery policies are for your area. Thank you for understanding that
we are not able to assume liability should your package be stolen or
damaged after it is left unattended. If this may pose a problem,
please use a shipping address where someone will be available to
receive your order for you.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship International orders. Please place your order
and we will eMail you the shipping rate which depends on the weight
and size of your package. We normally ship by USPS Airmail or UPS.
Emporio Italiano determines shipping charges based on the total
weight of your shipment as determined by the actual weight of the
items placed in your cart. NOTE: Your shipment may be made up of
more than one package due to size and type of products ordered,
however, the total weight of the order still determines the shipping
cost. All shipments are packaged with care and are guaranteed.

For international payments, we accept PayPal, prepaid wire
transfers, American Express checks or checks from global US banks
(Bank of America, Citibank, etc.)

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped
internationally. We by no means can control the action of customs.
We do retain all shipping receipts for proof of shipment.

Upon shipping an eMail is sent to you with the package tracking
number.

Our products are shipped professionally packed in a plain brown
corrugated carton.

Backorder
Occasionally it may occur an item is out of stock. If your product is
on backorder, we will contact you within 24 hours. If you are ordering
additional items in stock we would be happy to ship those and then
ship the backordered item when it comes available. If paying by
credit card, orders are not charged until they are ready to ship.

Lead Time
We will process your order as quickly as possible, usually it ships
same day if you ordered by 1 pm. Normal lead time is 2 business
days, but depending on the payment status, products and quantities
ordered, additional time may be required.
